王欣荣，男，教授，博士，硕士生导师。1974年9月出生，汉族，中共党员，甘肃临潭人。研究方向为家畜生殖生理与高原适应性。1997年毕业于甘肃农业大学畜牧专业，获农学学士学位；2005年毕业于甘肃农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业，获农学硕士学位；2012年毕业于甘肃农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业并获农学博士学位。
